Foreman Training

WICA Nor Cal is very proud to offer an exclusive Foreman Training program tailored just for the Mechanical Insulation Industry.  As a member contractor you will have access to the program and the ability to set up a custom training package for your workers.  The program has been recently revised to educate the workers on the importance of leadership and the skills required to be a great leader.  We have had great reviews to date from the workers who have attended the Foreman Training (Future Leaders) class.
